About Orange Harmonics

Orange Harmonics is a reflective space for people who sense that something in their inner life is shifting and are seeking clarity, grounding, or a deeper understanding of what is unfolding.

Orange Harmonics is a reflective space for people who sense that something in their inner life, way of being, or orientation to the world is shifting. This may appear as a transition point, a recurring pattern that no longer feels aligned, a period of uncertainty without clear answers, or a quiet sense that something deeper is asking to be understood.

Rather than offering instruction, diagnosis, or predetermined methods, Orange Harmonics begins with listening—listening to lived experience, personal language, and the meanings already present beneath the surface. The work is oriented toward recognition rather than direction, allowing clarity to emerge gradually and in its own form.

Drawing from psychological insight, symbolic understanding, and psycho-spiritual inquiry, Orange Harmonics supports a process of integration across emotional, mental, and inner dimensions of experience. Attention is given to patterns, transitions, and symbolic material—such as dreams, images, intuitive impressions, or reflective inquiry—not as answers to be interpreted, but as sources of insight that reveal what is unfolding.

This is not a place to be told who you are or where you should go. It is a space to slow down, notice what is already moving within you, and allow understanding to take shape in a grounded, human way. The emphasis is on coherence—bringing inner experience into clearer alignment with how one lives, relates, and chooses.

Orange Harmonics exists to support clarity that arises from within, at a pace that feels respectful and real.

About Phyllis

Phyllis works with individuals who sense that something in their inner life is shifting and are seeking clarity, grounding, and a way forward that feels both honest and integrated.

Phyllis works with individuals who sense that something in their inner life is shifting and are seeking clarity, grounding, and a way forward that feels both honest and integrated. Her approach is quiet, relational, and attentive—beginning not with interpretation or direction, but with listening. Each session is shaped by where the individual is, what is emerging, and what is ready to be understood.

Her work unfolds through conversation and reflective inquiry, allowing patterns, meanings, and inner movements to surface naturally. Rather than offering predetermined frameworks, Phyllis helps individuals recognize what is already present—what no longer serves, what is asking for attention, and how understanding can take shape in a way that feels coherent and grounded.

Phyllis’s background includes graduate-level studies in depth psychology, along with professional training in Healing Touch and clinical hypnotherapy. She brings decades of experience in guided inner inquiry, symbolic exploration, and attentive presence, informed by both formal study and long-term practice.

Through Orange Harmonics, Phyllis offers a steady space for reflection and clarification—where insight emerges gradually, understanding is allowed to breathe, and change is met with care.
