Insight rarely arrives as clarity. More often, it arrives as availability. A familiar pattern returns, but a pause appears. In that pause, choice becomes possible. Not forced choice. Simply recognition. With that recognition, agency becomes available. Insight appears after recursive movement has done part of its work. What once required effort begins to reorganize. Truth feels less like declaration and more like settling. Insight does not simplify life. It aligns it. And alignment emerges.
